Real Life Update This week was a bit hectic. It was a joint birthday dinner today, so everyone was over. I wasn't really feeling well this week, so there were some days I didn't really do anything. Headaches suck man. I've decided to change the days for these to Sundays instead of Saturdays. Not only does it allow me to get everything for the week finished but it also means that I did actually get the whole week in there. Real Life Update Nothing much happened here this week. It's colder than all hells, so I've been mostly staying inside knitting and reading. I have to have Plato's Symposium read by Monday afternoon, that'll be something for tomorrow for sure, but I may start today. Writing Update Word Count: 2961 Days Filled: Su / Mo / Tu / We / Th / Fr / Sa -sorta (7/7) *Meh Week I wrote for at least 25 minutes a day this week, but I didn't get a lot done, as proven by the fact that I only got about 3000 words done. I'm not too fussed though because I have a bunch of stuff to do anyway.

Real Life Update: I had my first undergrad thesis meeting this week for my Creative Writing minor. At least 40 pages double spaced, a maximum of at least 100, though I can go over if necessary. First drafts due on the 1st of March. It's all a little nervewracking. We'll have to see how I do, I guess. Otherwise, I've got a bit of everything going on. Classes are okay, only a few annoying people, but otherwise fine. We're going to see Mary Poppins  tomorrow, so that should be interesting. I forgot to mention that we saw Aquaman  last week, that was really good. Orm was an interesting character, and Mera was a bit of a bint but not overly so and for understandable reasons. It was really good and the visuals were amazing. I am not kidding! I figured that I would start doing a weekly update here, not only to fill up my blog but to give you all some idea what's been going on both in real life and in my writing. So here we go: Real Life Update: Friday was my first day back at university. I started Medieval Drama, which is mostly biblical plays. History of Literary criticism is something I'm not that interested in, but it's necessary for my degree so there I am. I got my class books, and holy shit, it was like 40 lbs.  We had a late Christmas today, as relatives came up for a visit. It was good, there was a Secret Santa game. Using a dice we passed the gifts around. I got this huge necklace that makes me feel like a rapper from the 1990s. Kinda weird.
